Target offers two national account-based medical plans administered through UnitedHealthcare® and two regional plans, offered in select states, administered through Kaiser and HMSA. You can choose between the Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) Plan or the Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan. Both plans also include a pharmacy benefit that offers coverage for your medications including generic, brand and specialty drugs.
If you are enrolled in a medical plan administered through UnitedHealthcare, you are automatically covered under the Vision Exam Plan provided by EyeMed for eye exams. If you wear glasses or contact lenses you may also choose to enroll in the Vision Eyewear Plan. This plan helps cover the cost of glasses or contact lenses purchased from an in-network provider.
Target offers dental coverage administered by Delta Dental®. There are three plans: Basic, Standard and Enhanced. The plans provide 100 percent coverage for your preventive care services and pay a percentage of eligible expenses up to a plan year maximum, depending on the type of service.
You can determine how much you want to set aside to help pay for eligible medical, vision and dental expenses. You don't need to be enrolled in a Target-sponsored medical plan to enroll in the HealthCare FSA, and funds rollover up to $500 as long as you remain eligible for the plan.
You and your family members can get free confidential counseling, support and information through TMLR 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Five free counseling sessions, per issue, per year, are available. TMLR also provides resources for a wide variety of topics like managing money, dealing with stress and developing a healthy dinner menu.

You and your family members can use Grand Rounds, a free service, when you would like to find a doctor or have an existing diagnosis or treatment, and want the case reviewed by a leading medical expert.
BridgeHealth provides access to high-quality health care for select elective surgical procedures while reducing out-of-pocket costs. In the HRA Plan, surgery costs are waived entirely. In the HSA Plan, you pay the deductible, and then all other out-of-pocket surgical costs are waived. Coverage for certain travel costs, a care coordinator, and access to education and resources are also included.
If you have been diagnosed with type 1 or type 2 diabetes, the Livongo disease management program offers free supplies, tools and personalized support to help you manage your condition.
You have access to Rx Savings Solutions, a service designed to help you save money on prescriptions via personalized suggestions such as therapeutic alternatives, dosage form, tablet splitting, or price shopping.
Because we want you to be healthy, you have access to a free flu vaccination during the flu season each year—regardless of insurance coverage.
By completing healthy actions and engaging with Rally, a digital health experience, you and your enrolled spouse/domestic partner can earn account dollars to pay for healthcare expenses. If you aren't enrolled in a Target medical plan, you can earn virtual Rally coins and win prizes.
As part of the Target medical plan, you have access to an experienced maternity nurse through the Maternity Support Program and may be eligible for incentives.

Target matches your contributions dollar for dollar up to 5% of eligible pay. Eligibility begins once you are age 18 and have completed 1,000 hours of service. The employer match is immediately 100% vested. New team members can rollover previous 401(k) balances at date of hire—even before eligibility for Target's plan begins.

- The average team member contribution is about 7%, which is not bad when you pair that with the 5% company match.
This tax-deferred savings plan allows select team members to save beyond their 401(k) limit.
Team members meeting minimum service and hours requirements who were hired prior to 2009, are generally eligible to participate in the Target's Pension Plan.
You can save before-tax dollars from each paycheck to pay for qualifying daycare and/or eldercare expenses incurred while at work. It is important to plan carefully because any deposits not used by the end of the plan year cannot be refunded.
You can receive your pay electronically using your bank account, Target Credit Union account or Paycard. It's easy to enroll in direct deposit through eHR/insideTGT Pay & Benefits.
Life Insurance helps protect your family members against financial loss in the event of a death. You receive company-paid coverage equal to one times your annual pay. You may also purchase additional Supplemental Life Insurance coverage for up to eight times your annual pay and Life Insurance for your spouse/domestic partner and/or eligible children.
Disability insurance provides a percentage of pay if you can't work because you are sick or injured.
- Short-term Disability: If eligible for benefits, you are automatically enrolled in this benefit and it is paid for by Target.
- Long-term Disability: This coverage begins after 150 calendar days of an approved, qualified short-term disability. You are automatically enrolled in the benefit and premiums for this coverage are paid by deductions from your paycheck based on age and current salary. You can opt-in or out of coverage at any time.
Supplemental Medical coverage offers protection by providing funds to help pay medical and non-medical expenses and other unplanned costs that arise when an unexpected illness or injury strikes. If enrolled in one of these plans and a critical illness, accident, or hospital stay occurs, the payout comes directly to you to use the money to help in whatever way is needed.
In the event that your identity is compromised, this coverage offers you peace of mind. Full-service Identity Remediation support from InfoArmor® provides many features at a lower rate than you would find on your own. The premiums are among the lowest in the market.
You can get access to legal representation from a large network of lawyers at an affordable price. You pay nothing additional for a broad array of services when enrolled. These services include: family law, wills and estates, debt-related matters, identity theft remediation, real estate, traffic and criminal, and personal injury.
